Terms of use

Short version: the apps are yours to use under Apple's standard terms. Pro is a one-time purchase, and what you save is yours.

License

Both apps are licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the standard EULA). Where this page and the standard EULA differ, the standard EULA applies.

Purchases

Pro is a single, one-time purchase made through the App Store. There is no subscription. Payments, restores, and refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's terms.

Your content

The links, notes, and other things you save belong to you and stay on your device (and in your own iCloud if you turn on sync). Saved links open websites and apps that I don't own or control, and their own terms apply there.

No warranty

The apps are provided as is. I work hard to keep them reliable, but to the extent the law allows, I can't promise they will be error-free or always available.

Changes

If these terms change, the updated version appears on this page with a new date.
